Tony Waltham – Managing Director
Tony co-founded Continuum Wealth in 2013 having previously been a Director of two Wealth Management firms in Marlow over a period of 20 years.
As Managing Director, Tony ensures that Continuum Wealth delivers the highest possible standard of service to clients and observes the FCA’s regulatory requirements.
Mira Dontcheva – Investment Director
With her co-director, Tony Waltham, Mira founded Continuum Wealth in 2013 having previously worked for a number of Wealth Management firms in Buckinghamshire.
Mira chairs Continuum Wealth’s Investment Committee and is responsible for the research and modelling on which all of our investment recommendations are based. She also heads the team which drafts investment recommendations for clients.
Dave Tindale – Financial Planner, Investment Adviser & Mortgage Adviser
Dave is a qualified Investment Adviser with over 25 years’ experience of Financial Planning and Wealth Management. He is also a qualified mortgage adviser. He lives in Watlington, where he served on his local council for many years.

Vassil Dontchev – Financial Planner, Mortgage Adviser & Investment Adviser
Vassil is an Investment Adviser who also advises on Mortgages. He joined Continuum Wealth in 2014 after running his own Mortgage Advisory business for over 10 years. Originally from Plovdiv in Bulgaria, he now lives in Ruislip with his wife and their two children.

Taisha Betz – Financial Planner & Investment Adviser
Taisha became a financial adviser after a successful career in the technology sector. Originally from Canada, she has lived locally with her husband and two children for many years. She is active in her community, participating in various Rotary and fundraising projects.

David Foot – Financial Planning Associate
David joined Continuum Wealth in 2019 after a successful career in Financial Services consultancy. He is passionate about his role as a financial planner and is a specialist in Retirement Planning. Originally from the South Coast, he recently moved to Thatcham, near Newbury. He enjoys golf in his spare time.
